Programming with Visual Basic.NET


You’re the software creator now! Learn one of the most widely used programming languages (Visual Basic.NET) to create your own personalized projects. You start with the basics and then launch your creativity with new programming skills to construct your own software! The topics include Visual Basic.NET Integrated Development Environment; building an application in the Visual Basic.NET environment; working with forms and procedures; structures and types of looping; coding techniques; using controls, functions and procedures; debugging; creating executable files; and distributing a Windows Application. This course will empower your creative output of your ideas.

10 through 13 (5th Grade - 8th Grade)

Anyone interested in problem solving, creative and logical thinking, sequencing, puzzles and collaboration with others on programming projects.

Recommended Prerequisites

Basic understanding of PC or Mac operating system.
